Salad Creations Brings Healthy Meals to Yale-New Haven Hospital


Employees and patients at the Yale-New Haven Hospital will have another reason to smile as international chain Salad Creations opens their newest restaurant in the highly accredited medical facility. Independent healthcare services company, Sodexo ,will own and operate the franchise location.

The Yale-New Haven Hospital, a non-profit, comprehensive care center with more than 12,000 employees and over 700,000 yearly visitors, has been named one of U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Hospitals” and Becker Hospital Review’s “Great Places to Work in Healthcare.” Now, patients and staff will have one more reason to feel comforted and cared-for with healthy meal options from Salad Creations.
